It's really hard to say what it could be. have you engaged in any unprotected anal sex or done anything ealse latly which may have putu you at an increased risk of contracting an STD?? I would try cleaning better and then get it checked out by a doctor just to be sure. are there any other symptomes lumps sores fever exc??

hmmm. the redness/rawsness would be fromt the itching i would say... watch it and if it doesnt get better in a week or two then i would get it checked out.
