Hi, im 14 nearly 15, and ive got bumps on my hands and elbows.
on my hands the bumps tend to gather at the knuckles but spreads downwards.
on my elbow they gather where i can see unless i have a mirror on me.
im really scared since i saw that someone had to have acupuncture.
I HATE NEEDLES!!
especially since citizenship day in school but thats a different story. they come and go as quickly as they appeared.
i think theyre heat sensitive since they went crazy when i had my friday bath.
i shower everyday and wash my hands as often as i can. i have quite bad circulation in my hands so they are usually cold.
about to days ago i like went mad in bed and started itching them until i could smell blood. dont worry it didnt bleed much. i went to my mum whos a doctor and showed her since i couldnt see them. she looked a bit surprized saying "oh jesus" so we went to the bathroom where i got a look.
well they werent huge but bigger than usual.
we put some cream on them its called diprobase. its quite affective when you put it on but youll have to put it on many times since the effects wear away.
i thought it might be my diet but mum said that she thinks its something to do with toutch. she even added the coment " who knows what you do with your hands everyday" shes kinda right since i have a bad memory i tend to write stuff on my hands. but that doesnt explain the elbow thing.
this year my new year resolution was not to eat icecream sweets or cakes..
i cant really say ive kept it but i have been eating less of it. so it might just be my diet after all.
i was also worried it might be bed bugs or scabies i think theyre called.
hm.. what else.. well a few days ago i thought my hands were sweating but when i looked at them they were really dry. maybe im just becoming paranoid. must be.
im also quite stressed, and these bumps arent exactly helping. since im still in school, im in yr 10 now ive got loads of tests including gcse. im kinda broke since i spent loads of money this xmas.im having issues with a girls mum since i got accused for hitting her little brother. i swear to god i didnt touch him. were gettin police involved aswell. im havin trouble with another girl.. who just doesnt like me .. well i dont really like her today.. and i am a teenager so my life kindof revolves around boys atm. a really good mates has just found out she a diabetic (no 1), un fortunately for her she also hates needles. i could go on like this forever telling you all of my stressfull problems all im sayinhg is that stress might also be a cause for this.
and erm.. i think it might have something to do with computers.. since i got it the other day in ict, and the gorgans of itchyness today in business when workin on computers. i ve had it in other lessons to but there is always a computer nearby we just like dont use them..
ive just started going to gym where i should be now but really cant be bovvered to go. erm other wise im not reall fat if i may say so myself.
i do well in pe im in top set. but i dont really exercize every day. yet.
thats all from me cya later.

I have the exact same thing right now. I get it on and off throughout the year. It could be Dyshidrosis. That is basically an allergic reaction to anything that touches you that is like pollen or mold or bugs.
