Since Thursday, the very tip of my penis, right under the head inside the urethra has a very itchy feeling. If I move around, I can sometimes feel it. I mostly feel it while urinating. I had unprotected sex about a week before the time I felt the itchiness.
I also have a swim class every Tuesday and Thursday, and I sometimes urinate in the pool because of time constraints in our exercises. That Thursday, I did urinate in the pool, and I do not really wash my swimming trunks except for washing them out a bit while in the shower after the class.
I have not gone to a doctor yet about this, planning to on Monday. Any insight on what this may be?
