I have what look like a rash maybe on the place where my pubic hair meets the base of my penis. It's not red bumps like a razor rash. It's just pinkish like a different color than my regular skin and it's very itchy. And it's been there for a while now. I'm a virgin so I don't think it's an STD. But Idk what to do about it.
