Hello,
I've been having a persistent abdominal issue for about 2 years now where I'm constantly hungry depending on the food I eat and I have to consume a large amount of food to feel satisfied for at least an hour or two...
When I do get "hungry" I have this weird warm burning sensation which occurs between my breastbone and belly button. Although this may be uncomfortable my main issue is the noises that follow on after this. Sometimes the noises don't appear for a while, but majority of the time it does. The sounds are very loud and can be heard by everyone. Unfortunately, when I consume some foods (i.e. Spicy) I do get random bursts of sound from my colon and majority of the large intestines. Sometimes it makes these weird wheezing noises or loud hollow noises. When it gets severe it can feel like something is trying to more upwards from my intestinal tract; it may be gas because I do get the urge to burp. I also have certain periods (Espically when my diet is bad) where I need to pass gas constantly, like every minute. This happens like once a year and can last up to a week or two.
To control these noises I have been eating constantly. Before I ate meat and a small amount usually filled me up for 2 hours. However, I'm a vegan now so that's not an option for me.
I dont think it might be because of how active I am. I get hungry constantly even when I'm lounging about all day. The weird thing is that sometimes when these noises occur it lasts for about 30-50 minutes and then after that I'm fine again, BUT THIS HAPPENS ONLY SOMETIMES. It's like I feel more relieved after the stomach noises. I'm not sure if it's intestinal gas...
I have taken Peptic Liquid and Charcoal Tablets but they literally only made me gassier. I've also consumed gastro tablets and they didn't help much. I was given a Colon clense (Aloe Vera) a while ago and they kind of worked and barely any noises came for my colon but once I stopped consuming it the problems came back. Oh, and hot (almond) milk with turmeric every night made the noise less audible.
Anyway, so it's basically the noises which is my main issue. I feel as my digestive tract is so sensitive and I honestly don't know why. I can even feel the twitchings and everything! It's so annoying...
One of my theory is that this might be due to anxiety. It all started on the second day of my new school where in assembly the noises made an appreance. However, I don't think it continued to make noise throughout the day. I don't know when it started but I became more paranoid and ate at every chance I got from the cafeteria... And they served mainly pizza and sausage rolds, bacon sandwich, etc... I gained weight. But I don't eat like this anymore.
I have the symptoms of anxiety such as shortness of breath, accelerated heartbeat, tired all the time, constantly needing to urinate (this is a problem), numbness in hands and legs, agitated, feeling thirsty all the time, the list goes on... But all this may be BECAUSE of the stomach noises Because I still get "anxious" when I'm by myself at home?
During these years I've also become lactose intolerant. I've had a blood test but it was fine. I'm also not constipated because I go to the toilet almost daily.
Please help me!My life literally suck right now because of this :( As I'm typing this my bottom right abdomen is making noises; there's no discomfort or acid feeling- just the noises and some urges to pass gas. My mouth also feels dry even though I drank a whole glass of water 20 minutes ago... I need to go pee.
