I've got a lump on my right testicle that is very hard and if I mess with it causes my right kidney and my right side of my groin to become sore. I sometimes have an itch inside of my penis that feels like a dull burning sensation. I've had it for years and over time it gets slowly bigger and harder. What is it?
Not sure what it is, but I know what it isn't; something that should be ignored. You should go to a urologist and get it checked out as soon as you can. The longer you wait, the higher are the chances of it causing serious problems and the likelihood of difficulty in treating it.

While it may not be cancer, the fact that you've noticed a lump and that it is increasing in size is reason enough to be checked. It could be a spermatocele or a cyst. It might even just be your epididymis that you're noticing.
The burning sensation may/may not be related. It could possibly be either a UTI or and STD. Again, the urologist can test you for those as well.
In short, it could be many things. You need to see a doctor. Post back if you have more questions.
