I've had swollen (and slight pain when touching) left lymph node under jawline, together with evening dizzyness for about a week. No other symptoms, no fever or lethargy.
Anybody know what this may be?

When you are saying slight pain, do you mean it is just noticeable and only on touch? Have you checked your tonsils?
