It isn't about the lenght of your penis, the 4 inches doesnt matter when breaking the hymen, the hymen is a  small bit of membrane (Tissue like). If your penis  has a wide girth (thick) then it will surely break the hymen, but even if it isnt think, the hymen doesnt need all that much to break, if your partner has used tampons, has gone horse back riding, or played sports it is likely that her hymen is already broken... some women are born without hymen's. Fingers can even break the hymen or even half break, if she was born with out a hymen there are chances it will not bleed but there are other chances that she might not bleed because u stretched the hymen instead of tearing it... But do not ever worry about your penis size, there are many other ways to pleasure your partner beside penis to vagina contact... IF SHE LOVES YOU ENOUGH it wont matter about the size, IF YOU LOVE HER ENOUGH it wont matter if it the hymen broke or bled....
