im 18 and i have just had sex for the first time and did not use protection (stupidly) i also bled a bit as well. i was wondering whats the chances of becoming pregnant and any advice anyone could offer would be great

At best the odds would be about 1 in 5.
It all depends upon timing, when you ovulate. When was your last period and how long is your cycle?
The bleeding is normal. Your hymen probably tore some.

my last period was at the end of Febuary and it was for a week, however they are irregular as i have high prgestrone levels.
Being irregular makes it difficult to say.
Anytime after about day 18 or so of your cycle, day 1 is when your period starts, it's unlikely you'll get pregnant. Not impossible however.
You are at your highest fertility just before ovulation. 48 hours after ovulation, the egg isn't viable and you are at your lowest just before your period.

thanks for your help. Would it be advisable to go to the doctors or get a prenancy test and when would be the best to do that
