I am going to las vegas in about 7 weeks and currently weigh 186 and am 5'5" I would like to lose as much as possible..any suggestions. i go to the gym 3-4 days a week and usually do the eliptical machine and some weight. not losing weight! how effective is these cereal diets?

My friend tried cereal diets, but it didn't work for her. Instead she focus on the portions of her meals. She slowly cut back the portions of her meals and voila! her weight loss started to show after a month.:-)

Lyte I think that helps but do you have any tips on how to actually cut back on portions of meals? I don't think many people are aware of how much they eat so it's hard to tell. Do you have any ideas to offer?
