What size are kidney stones? Is there some size border or limit for those stones? My husband has kidney stones about 4mm/2mm. Urologist said that is small and he doesn’t want to do anything for now. But what if it became bigger?

Well, I guess he knows the best. Anyhow kidney stones vary in size, shape and weight.
Some are so small they present little problem when they are excreted, although some can be very big and heavy and make lots of damage. They come in lots of different colors though most are yellow or brown and the shape of the stone can vary too and the shape may give a clue into what part of the kidney they formed in.
