Kill people with kindness

Kill them with kindness! I love doing that. It was my favorite thing to do with inmates. They'd be talking smack and I just acted all cheerful. Takes all the fun out of it for them.

When I worked in the NY Nat Guard HQ there was one lady in records who you could say presented a "grumpy" appearance. Never said anything and did provide me answers that I needed, but at the first glance it looked like she was ready to bite your head off. Well, I left the job and moved on. Saw her a few months later and she was all smiles and giggles asking wher I had been since she "missed" my smile and cheeriness.

Some people are grumpy, some are embullient, some are just too neutral to care. Just be nice to them at all times. It certainly does not cost you anything.

Remember: YOU are the only person that can make YOU upset...
