I am a 18 year old male with double jointed hands and arms/legs, average pretty much healthy as I can be, I never had any real problems with my hands or joints. Over the last few weeks I worked on a local farm as a farmhand, and thats when this started, I have since left this job but I noticed after multiple days of lifting 50-60 pound hay bales my hands began to throb constantly, and I grew large calluses. I know this is a bodies natural course to protect itself, but what concerned me was how much my hands hurt from the thick layering of calluses when I tried to clench my hands and the like.

Now this is about three weeks after this, the calluses have faded, and instead the pain is in my hands, every joint from my thumbs to my pinkies, if its a finger it hurts and is incredibly stiff every morning and every night. I have to pop them, or they hurt more and more, and even if I dont as soon as I bend them they pop on their own, Im not overly concerned but I know that over-popped knuckles can lead to arthritis in my hands, as such Id like to find out whats wrong and how I may be able to fix it.

Anyone have any ideas exactly what may be wrong with my hands, any ideas, facts or opinions are appreciated.
I have same symptoms. I have been diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome. Mine too is work related to lifting.
