I have had severe itching for over a year now on my labia and I itch it and then it burns and then as soon as it starts to heal, the healing process makes it itch severely again, or maybe it's something else. I don't really know. And then awhile back I noticed a really hard, almost rock like lump under the skin to the front, kind of near the clitoris, on one of my lips. I now have the lump again and am worried. There's no color or anything like that. It's not on top of the skin. I've done some research and it doesn't really look good. I know that it's not the normal lump that's some sort of cyst, near the vagina. It's not anywhere near there. What could it be?

You sound like you are really in denial about this, you should take this very seriously and go see a frickin doctor.
