I am Fourteen years old and i am not nor have i ever been sexually active. I have been ill like this for two days now and my family are beginning to worry about me as i cant eat because i just vomit it up, but im not hungry anyway. The Dizzyness, headaches, swollen glands and neck ache have been around for about 2 months.

I have no idea what is wrong with me and i am incredibly curious, please help diagnose me?
