My entire midsection area (even my sides!) has been constantly protruding, large, hard, uncomfortable and bloated feeling. I used to be able to suck my stomach in, but now find that I can't, and that it's uncomfortable when I try to do so. It's also uncomfortable when I push on it.
I am active, and until recently I had been attending Body Sculpting classes. I was toning and firming everywhere but my stomach and sides. It's very uncomfortable, and I'm finding it extremely difficult to wear clothing properly.
I know that I am not pregnant.

Lets me first start out by asking how many times do you go to the bathroom? Make sure you are going to the bathroom daily. People don't understand that when they eat they should make sure that they are getting rid of that waste as well. We should be going to the bathroom at least 3 times a day, but for most that maybe extreme. Please make sure you are eliminating (number 2) at least once a day seek help immediately if you are not. There are several websites you can visit about colon cleansing also check that out!
