I'm about 2 weeks late without my period I have major cramps, back pain. I cant be pregnant due to my uterus is tilted alot, so whats wrong with me???
I have a tilted cervix and uterus as well. I have gotten pregnant. Your period could just be late. Wait at least two weeks then get a test good luck* :-D
