So my period was three weeks late, which never happens. I've been off BC for 3 months. me an my boyfriend had a drunken night and didn't use protection right in the middle of my cycle which is usually the time you ovulate. I finally got my period after three weeks it lasted like three days and was lighter then normal. Now two days after the period my boobs are hurting and I'm getting light headed and food is bothering my stomach. I took a test in the afternoon it was negative. help! Should I take one in the morning? Could I be pregnant? How do you get symptoms like that after a period!
Hey sw21, that could have been implantation bleeding which is usually a darker blood color because it is old blood. Do me a favor and take a home pregnancy test. Take it with your first pee of the day as it has the highest HCG content. If it comes up negative then you are probably fine and just experiencing a delay of period.
