No you are not wrong. Eli Lilly should have to pay every person that have withdrawal symptoms. They also should have to pay for our medical expenses and rehab bill. Yes rehab because in alt of cases it will be the only to come off on it. It makes you so sick you want to die and some have. Never should of been approved by the FDA in the first place. In the trial period there were 2 people I mean healthy people who killed theirselves while in their care doing a trial study. Look it up. So don't judge and walk in our shoes.
It really helped me as well. Except now I just found out that my liver is more than twice the size of a mans liver during a ct scan for another issue ,and my labs are showing liver had damage . And no doctor has cared to comment yet . Not ER or PCP ,waiting to see plain management, fingers crossed.
I cannot seem to find a lawyer to sue. Did the Pharmaceutical companies Pay off the Law Firms for accepting lawsuits against this Horrible drug? Does anyone know of a law firm handling this case in 2018?
The Cymbalta litigation is closed. Even though Eli Lilly won every tort and appeal in October 2017 they did allocate a non-liability settlement that everyone is still waiting on to be disbursed. Idk how they did it. There's no grounds now to file another suit because the courts found no liability on their part. Unless there is a death involved, find another way to get justice. I know from experience.

I guess this is what we get in a Medical system that is for profits and not patients! Eli Lilly can afford better lawyers than we can! What a surprise.
