I'm 12 weeks 1 day Pregnant and for about 5 days or so now i have been having an achy crampy like feeling on my lower left side. I noticed that it is especially worse if I'm doing alot of moving or working. I'm starting to get concerned it isnt a sharp pain and it lingers around for hours any suggestions on what might be going on should I be worried?
