I have had a problem for several months now, where my legs will twitch when I'm sitting down, it's more my right than left leg. It feels like electricity building up in my leg, then it spasms...then it's fine for a minute, then happens again. Sometimes I can get up and walk around to relieve it but not always. I've even had a whole body spasm just happen out of the blue....I do have some sore areas around my knees, that I think could be varicose veins..not sure...Sorry for the long post, just looking for some advice and relief...
