HI! I am on b/c and have yet to start my period. I had some unusual light brown spotting (only when I wiped) a day or two before the week my period should have been. I still have 1 "sugar" pills left to take on my b/c pack but I have not had a period. Yesterday I had a little light brownish pink bleeding but just when I wiped. Do I need to go see my gyno? Could I be pregnant? I have had extreme fatigue, mood changes, heart burn and cravings. I am kind of freaking out. I do not know if I should call my doctor today or wait. But, if I wait should I continue my pack of b/c pill because if I am pregnant I don't want to take b/c pills!?! Right? Someone please Help me!
