Three days ago I had an episode that was sudden dizziness, lips and tip of tongue went numb , felt very tired or weak. All happened in less than 1 minute or so. Have not felt we'll since. Still get waves of faintness with a sometimes urge to vomit that just lasts seconds. Less than a minute I'm guessing. What is this?

there are several things that might be causing your symptoms, from simple things like the stomach flu starting, to food poisoning. Since you felt numbness on your lips and tongue, that would suggest that your nervous system is involved, as well - but still, chances are far bigger that what you experienced is caused by something far simpler.
Of course, the best thing you could do is to see a doctor and have basic bloodwork and urine tests done - and your family physician should already know your health history which would speed up the whole thing,
