lisfranc injuries-what kind of therapy do i need?

? was trap in a bus almost an hour with the front compartment pinning my left foot down .i had my first surgery on the 6th november 2008 remove the pins on the 30th of january have not been able to walk since had a boot of osteoporosis which has held me back.i am now told by doc i can do full weight bearing still scared and traumatize .what kind of therapy do i need?
