I have little white pimples on the inside of my vaginal lips and don't know why I have had them for about 12 years but never payed them any mind because they don't hurt or itch I have squeezed them dry but they keep coming back I only have like 7 on the right and 9 on the left and it has been that way since I can remember How do I make them go away? Is there a wash or a cream? Do I use normal pimple wash or what? I need help.....REMEMBER THEY ARE ON THE INSIDE OF MY VAGINAL LIPS
