long lasting tickle in my throat

i've had this tickle in my throat for about 2 months now and it makes it hard to sleep, i've woken up and started coughing shortly after and had a hard time falling asleep. once i think it kept me up till 3 am it just won't go away
btw 13 years old going on 14
