I am going to a school reunion in a week's time, and I am going to meet the people I haven't seen for thirty years. I used to be the ugly duckling of the lot and I have grown into a good looking woman since then, thankfully, the only thing is that I'd like to lose a few pounds before the reunion because I want to look ab fab and steal the show! That is why I would like to get some advice from you all! What's the best way to lose a few pounds in a a week?
How about doing a juice detox? You can replace a meal a day with a freshly squeezed juice like apple, orange and carrot juice with just a dash of lemon, or perhaps even two meals a day if you feel brave enough. Do be aware that this is not a long term solution in any way, but if you want to look great for your reunion than that should do the trick.
