I'm a 5'4, 150lb, 15 year old girl. I have a "full" hour glass shape and I'd like to lose about 20-35lbs for when I go to London this summer.  I have a gym membership at AnyTime Fitness but I'm only able to go about twice a month. When I go I'm usually there for an hour up to two. Mostly jogging on the treadmill, going on the elliptical, and using light weights for my legs and arms.

Any tips? I have a problem with over eating bordering on a binge eating disorder and a decent workout plan while I'm at the gym. I'll be turning 16 this summer while I'm there. Thank you for any help in advance!

my friend was pretty chubby but i told him a couple of exercises he could do and he lost over 30 pounds

try to go to the gym as much as possible and if you cant jog in the mornings. maybe wake up do a 15min jog 

at the weight room try to do weights since that should eat up your fat.

the biggest is that you have to control what you eat if you are not very active.
