and it continously paining for 3 days

1st - the ONLY WAY to lose virginity is to have sexual intercourse - a penis enters a vagina!
It very likely could have broken her hymen...MANY MANY MANY girls break their hymen in sports, or gymnastics LONG before their first sexual encounter. There is no relationship between having a hymen and being a virgin.
