Hi. I'm 37 year old male and I'm still keeping my sex live very active. I'm still not married but really have regular sex.
I have never had any problems with my erection and ejaculation but recently I have noticed some changes.
I have noticed that I'm having less and less sperm coming out during my ejaculation. I really don’t know what could be the cause of this low volume ejaculation but it god me really worried.
It all started about three months ago and it is progressing really fast. Now, I'm lucky if almost anything comes out.
Please tell me- what all can affect man’s volume of ejaculation?

I see that you're really worried about all this and that’s why I will try to help you understanding some stuff about all this.
The normal volume in ejaculation is 1.5ml to 5ml and if you have less- that really is a reason for concern.
I will tell you what to do! Definitely, your next step should be semen analysis! In many cases this disorder is caused by decreased androgen hormones levels. You should also know that low level of ejaculate could also be a normal sign of aging!
Another cause for low volumes involves obstruction of the ejaculatory ducts. Contact you general practitioner or your urologist for further evaluation and proper diagnosis.

Can you tell me what causes zero ejaculation? I have recently had chemotherapy after bowel cancer. Is this the cause, and will it return to normal?
