About 2 weeks ago I started having a pinching or cramping feeling in my pelvis area, down pretty low in the middle. Similar to menstrual cramps, but constant. I thought it was menstrual and went on as usual. My period ended and I still had this pinching feeling… It feels very uncomfortable to sit. A couple days later my lower back started to hurt. The next day, pain was still there in my back and pelvis, and I also had a low grade fever of 99.3 - 99.6 all day. The next day, no more fever, but it's been a couple days and I'm still having the lower back pain, and the cramps.
I have had a kidney infection before, and the pain in my back feels similar... But I have absolutely no symptoms of a UTI.
Also, this may not mean anything, but the pain I’m feeling in my pelvis, it’s constant, but sometimes it will kind of spasm, and when it does, I feel cramping in my foot. I have no clue what that could be.

I made an appt w/my dr. but I can't get in for a few days.

Any ideas what this may be?
