Hi,

Im 23 years old and about 6 months ago i started experiencing sharp, cramping/stabbing pain in the lower right pelvis, where i had my appendix removed and where it feels like the female ovaries are. They were inconsistant as they would come only every few days and last only a few seconds. However in the last 3 months they have gotten worse and more consistant. Now to the point where the pain is more severe and wont go away. The pain has started going down my leg. Sometimes the pain will come to the same place on the lower left abdomin but it is more constant and painful on the right. I can feel the pain when i stretch, walk, lay down or push when im trying to open my bowls or urinate. Im in alot of pain right now but dont think going to ER will get me anywhere. My Doctor has done blood tests and an ultrasound. There is nothing wrong with my blood test other than i am very low in Iron and Vitamin D. And there were no cysts found on my ovaries which my doc thought may be the case of my pain (erupted cysts). It has nothing to do with my period as the pain doesnt come and go during my cycle. Its just constantly there all the time. If anyone knows of these symptoms and knows what my problem is please let me know :-(

R u prego jk jk maybe the flu or just really really sick

I have been dealing with the same thing! Everytime i go to the doctor they say the same thing. but there has to be an underlying problem!!! It is very frustrating not knowing and being in pain constantly! i will be 25 in sep. so we are very close in age! I have been diagnosed with cyst, hernia, endo, and fibroids...but then the next doc i see says no thats not it! . maybe u have found an answer and can help me too...

I am having a similar problem though it comes and goes and there are months inbetween. I originally thought it must be my apendix or my ovarie but its just in the wrong place and not inside feeling. Also I realized the pain follows the curve of my pelvis sometimes? I think this is a muscular issue and I am going to bring it up to my osteopath. I have lots of weird little soft tissue issues because I was born without a sternum so I'm hoping that will be that. I'm also 24. This blows.
