[ i went to the hospital the other day and had a scan they told me that it was three options that i had got my dates wrong and i was only 4 weeks the others were that the baby had stopped growing and i would hav a misscarrige or that it was developing out side the utrus

so i have had to have blood tests to find out but i need to know now i had a slight discharge (browish) and very dull achinf in my lower stomach what does this all mean i have not seen any discharge in about 2 days
According to your symptoms (having the discharge and aches in the lower abdomen), I would say that these symptoms may be common for early pregnancy since many women experience bleeding at the beginning and low abdominal aches are also common because the muscles and ligaments that are supporting the uterus may be stretching. These aches are felt the most when a woman is coughing or getting up from a chair and similar.

However, if an ultrasound shows differently, then it is ultrasound that should be trusted. It shows what is going on while the symptoms can only make us suspect things. Regular follow up with your doctor will reveal what is going on. I hope everything works out well. Good luck!
