Hi My Names Anna just read about the pregnancy signs .. well my last period was on the 28th of july 2010 which i had for the whole month missed the month of august we had sex on the 21st and the 25th of august its now september and im still waiting for my period im having back pains and lower stomach pains headaches food cravings my periods have been irregular but it has been regular for the last coupe of years i just want to know if it is possible that i am pregnant.. :-)
Bambi or Becky i need some advise i thought that me going to the loo more than usual was just part of being pregnant but now for the past 2 days i have been experiencing pain afterwards does this mean i have a bladder infection???? but it doesnt hurt while going .. i have had some pain in my back and hips but i thought that would just be from my uterus correcting it self cause my it has fallen in to my abdomen the other day Should i ring my MW and get some thing for my burning..
Hi Hunnie! UTI's are VERY common when you are pregnant! So phone your midwife and get some antibiotics also IF you can handle it start taking Acidopholus Yogurts - as you WILL get a yeast infection from the antibiotics!
You seem to be quite sensitive down there Hunnie! Perhaps get a disabled seat - the ones that attach to the regular seat! These are higher up, and you don't have to put as much pressure on your pelvic floor! Try different positions when you are urinating or #2ing! Drink LOTS of water - to flush you out! No use in taking Cranberry Juice - it is now proven to do NOTHING for UTI's!

Rang Mw and she got me to drink 2 liters in 2 hours and get back to her well i am still burning now i have got a abdominal cramps and she has written me a script i am going to go and get it when i go and get my children after school..... also i have got some plain yoghurt in my fridge so i have some for lunch
Sorry BabyK! TOTALLY missed you!!! LOL - So your period lasted the WHOLE month of july and had nothing in August?! IS this normal!? Also what is your regular schedule - 28 + days! And also the 21st and the 25th might be still too early to tell! I tell women to wait a good 21 days after possible conception to find out - better HCG reading!
Hey bambi i got a UTI :'( .. which started to kick off some contractions but i was able to controll them b4 i needed to go and get everything slowed down ..... so i still a bit uncomfortable but still drinking lots of water still peeing lots and taking my antibiotics ( the only thing i am really disliking is smelling like a rotten fish all the time and i am changing my liner and knickers to get rid of the smell) any way i thought i would just come say that is how i got on
Yeah it's CLASSIC! Watch out for the yeast infection! There is another way - instead of using the over counter stuff! It's GROSS but it works VERY well! You dip a teenage tampon into yogurt with garlic and Acidopholus my friends SWEAR about Tsasiki(sp) and this naturally kills the yeast! Also start eating it too - different conatiner!!!! o.O SORRY! That's gross!

Thanks for that can you advise on leg cramps i have got constant pain in both but more in the right than the left, it feels like i have over stretched my leg mussels i have tired resting putting my feet up and going to go for a warm bath soon after dinner to help relax them .... is there any thing that i can also do it has only been since i woke up this morning and had a mad dash to the loo ....
Also i did an online systom check which has been on the mark just about every thing i have put through it any who it did say that it could be Small Risk for Deep Venous Thrombosis what is you opion ?????
hi bambi thanks for your reply .. my periods are irregular sometimes i have it sometimes i dont but since i had a miscarrige in 2003 i was 2 months and after that my periods been bad .. so you think i should wait for atleast 21 days before taking a test..i was really nervous about the thought of being pregnant so i took one last week but it came out negative ..

I'd say take the test about 30 days after you last period. If it is negative, then wait a week and take another one if you haven't gotten your period. If it is still negative, wait another week and take a third if you don't start. If you still have not started or gotten a positive result go see a doctor. It's hard to say since your periods are so irregular, but taking a test about a month after your last period should be enough time to get a postive result if you are pregnant. cause i think you have got a very long cycle eg ...30-32 day cycle hence you missing one month in between,

Sorry girls been busy with little Elysa she is now 3 weeks and 4 days old and she is growing like a weed. Well Little Elysa wants to be on me at all times because I am breastfeeding. I am trying to get her to take a pacifer. But she don't like them I guess I will have to try more. Shes like to use me as one :-( .. Bambie any ideas? Man I need some sleep. I am starting to give her one bottle a day just so I can have some more time with my two other kids but I mostly breastfeed all the time. And it takes alot of time to do.
And HunnieChild that sucks to have UTI I had one when was pregnant with Elysa and didn't know it..but I didn't have the fish smell..I guess I got luckie with that. So how are you feeling? I hope good.

Sorry to interput between u guys but it seems like u guys know alot. I got my period and the day it was due and only lasted for a couple of days. I thought it was it and bout 3 days later it came back! What's up??? Any help would be great.
