lump in right side of breasts, I had an abortion about a month ago

Hi, i had and abortion a months ago. it was an 6weeks pregnancy. and just day before i have noticed a lump on my rite side breast.

i am worried that is it because of the pregnancy or  its a sign of cancer...

is worried that dont want to face the doctor...
