I have a problem here, i have no idea if its an ingrown hair or if its extra fluid through my penis.
i shaved like a week ago...
and i masturbated yesterday for the first time and i hadnt done it in a while before that..
i really need this gone.. i was suppposed to get my first blow job tomorrow and dont want to if the lump is still there.
what do i do? ive tried popping it... nothing came out, i stretched the skin to hopefully move some fluid around and out of there and also applied a warm wash cloth.... im just stuck. help me out please!

This is probably going to take longer than you're allowing for your body to recover.
No amount of pinching, pushing, compressing, heating or picking is going to speed the body's defense system.
I can't say what it is that's going on with your bump or lump, but the bottom line is if you aren't comfortable with it, you don't want to be showing it to a prospective partner, right?
You may have to postpone your "date"... or maybe it will fall through for another reason, and you won't have to call it off.
But you can always tell your partner that you've noticed something odd, and that you care enough about them that you don't want to expose them to it, until you have a chance to have it completely checked out and OK. Most partner will appreciate that thoughfulness, rather than discover something that's going on while they're engaged in sex with you.
Most skin lessions will not disappear overnight. You had better give at least three days or so...
