found a hard ball like lump thats connected to the side of my right testicle. it has appeared just today and is quite sore when touched and is just a little pain when normal.
any ideas folks, could it be cancer?

Hi Chris! The chances of you having testicular cancer are VERY slim! And you need to know about the other things that this could be! One is as simple as an ingrown hair, or a pustule, another is a knot in your testes OR a varicous vein! Regardless of what you have going on, I would definitely like you to get checked out by your doctor, because whatever it is, it does need to be dealt with! Please let me know how you make out OK?
