i am 28 year old unmaried male and notice lumped lump on my right testicle from last couple months i dont know when i got this lump. It has no pain, but some time i feel itchy on my skin near the testicle. After reading about testicle cancer i am worried that may be i have the cancer also. What are the other hint it has and any other sextual or asextual disorder?

Please give me some advice?
