Okay, so im 13 years old and i'm just starting puberty. I was self-examining myself and found a small lump. i freaked out for a day and re-examined. i now noticed two small lumps in the scrotum. What could this be? These lumps are not connected to the scrotum. actually, there maybe a 'string' connecting them to a testicle. Also, i get occasional discomfort near my scrotum...
