I am a 14 almost 15 year old guy obviously with the same problem. The only thing that I'm worried about is that the lump started with my left nipple, then went a way for a while then came to my right nipple. It is still switching back and forth, so what should i do?!? o.O
I have the same thing its a small one on the right and a twanger (big) one on the right. Its will go away says the doc oh and my solution to get rid of my puffy nipples were to get some abs seriously it looks like you have a tank chest with a 6pack and big upper chest. im 14 :-D
well im 14 and im pretty sure my gf broke up with me because of it. i think i might get the surgery to get rid of it

I was 11 when I got a bump under my right nipple so I asked my dad and he looked it up and it said it was a peuberty issue so I waited and now I'm 16 and I have them under both of my nipples and they have grown quite a bit and I'm scared to take my shirt off when I go swimming or something I'm scared it might be cancer or a tumer i am in a desprste need to find out what they are some people say stab them with a needle of sqweeze them and they get soft and some stuff comes out
