What does a "nerve pain " drug such as Lyrica actually do? I was prescribed this for "break through" pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibro. I take Methadone for daily chronic pain and was prescribed this to help with pain that is more than normal some days. Thanks, DNetherton
