I been boxing for 1year and some months... Before that I smoked but not a lot , I was wondering is I got to the gym on the treadmill at least 40 mins 3-4 times a week after I get outa boxing training and im there 3-4 times a week for 1-2 hours will that harm my cardio by smoking weed or harm anything that makes me loose a boxing fight? Please answer back ASAP thank you

I am pretty much in the same boat as you I have been smoking weed for around 7 years flat out every day! I also use to play sports mostly every day of the week due to me going to a private sports school but when I got into smoking bud I stopped playing sports and would only do exercise if I meet my mates for a kick about or something. I use to be quite stocky but now I am really toned and thin its like the weed has eaten away at my main muscles and has left me with a six pack and pecks I don't mind it at all obviously but I just wish I can fill out again with out getting thin from smoking flat out. To be fair for a year or soo I would only smoke it in the night to get too sleep not in the day because it use to take all my motivation away in the day so I switched to the night if I worked out in the day and didn't smoke and I only used weed at night would it have an effect on my body appearance?

This is, my story Smoking weed gives me this extra "strength" to keep it up it makes me go beyond my mental limits and end up having a great workout for all my body..Now and MY (it's only ours can't blame weed for this) problem is that I get the munchies badly and end up eating till I bloat and I assume all my workout was worthless I am 28 5'6 180lbs trying to lose 40lbs to reach my actual weight for my body frame so Should I quit cold turkey or just beat my inner hungry demon and say to myself that I don't need to eat like a pig that if i toke(i have a small metal pipe)and stick to my diet and drink plenty of water I can workout out hard and still follow a healthy diet plan to see the results.I'm not in a gym nor do I take any weird substances I train like the old time strongmen and boxers back in the day so my journey can be more worth it .If anybody has a tip it would be great be honest and tell me like it is honesty is the best policy thank you

I was 9stone 3lb i have been going gym 2months i noticed when i smoke weed that i wasnt gaining but i realised that i was only eating 2 meals a day i smoke morning till night i thought i was eating like every 1 else but i wasnt you think you are but not .now i eat 5 meals im 10 stone 9lb in 2 weeks have gained 7lb and its not fat i go 4 times a week for a hour i still blaze morning till night and when you train it makes you hungry i normally take a tuna baguette and couple bananas to replenish what i lost in the gym

Bro, i smoke pot everyday, i play football for HS, im currently in the best shape ever with only 5% body fat, and benching 310 ibs. As a Sophomore. And yes, i eat anything i want. All you need to do is be active, not lazy. Lift and take protein and amino acids, those are natural. And more than half of my hs football team smoke pot, we all lift lol. Pot hasn't affected me in anything, I'm educated. People are so silly, weed is overrated, it does not kill brain cells. It doesn't affect you, unless you let it.

It depends. For me, long term, hell yeah it f**ks your muscle growth.

I smoked weed roughly once a week for about 3 years and then HEAVILY for about 4 years, and I'd be quitting every couple of months, and with that I'd work out about half as much as normal.

Every time I quit weed I'd start getting really hungry like 24/7, massive cravings for meat, and built muscle QUICK whilst somehow losing body fat like a mofa, despite working out less.

I'm sure the quit-enduced diet change has something to do with it, but its way too major a diff for just that -- you literally feel your balls pouring manliness into your chest lol.

Always listen to your body first and all, but be careful, bro -- I'm the most active person I know, and I've been there. Weed changes after enough years, and you won't know how much until you quit.

Hi I'm 19years old , I have been smoke for 4 years but I'm skinny l but it doesn't make your muscle weak if you don't go out or active . It won't make your body work . So it will best if you just only smoke weed/fags or blunts . I prefer blunt than with cigarettes. Also I have never been gym when I smoke weed . But I just still fit . You just need exercise that all you need just to do
