It can become very difficult to figure out which symptom has been caused by which health problem. The low iron and thyroid problem is causing my hair loss. When my B12 is low I get extreme tingling and numbness in my hands - I have been taking a B12 supplement on and off for the last few years when I notice the tingling starting again.

Just adding my two cents here. I've had tinnitus my whole life and it's not that bad. However, I've recently gotten into using a vaporizer, and it definitely makes me pre-existing tinnitus worse for at least a few days afterwards. If I space out my vaping and don't do it too much in a short period of time, I may not see any negative effects, but if I do too much too often, I get a worsened pulsating tinnitus that lasts a few days to a week or so.

Hey I just wanted to say that cannabis doesn't cause tinnitus and in cases related to tbi can actually help with tinnitus

This is anti cannabis propaganda in my opinion

I am frequently getting tinnitus while I smoke. I just started noticing it recently. I asked my mom about it and she told me it's a side effect of smoking marijuana. I get this ringing when I'm trying to sleep. The only bad thing is that my medical marihuana is for insomnia and migranes both of which I need sleep for. Matter of fact I hear it right now and it's driving me crazy. I think it's definitely a side effect of marijuana. I'm not a doctor though.

Hey guys, so, so glad I'm not the only one out there trying to deal with this. I know this is an old post, but f**k it- My Story:
I'm a young adult (over 18 of course, but not over 25), and i've consistently been doing drugs for a year and a half now. Nothing heavy, mostly weed and psychedelics.
One night up at my river shack a few weeks (month?) back I did LSD with a friend. This wasn't the first time, i've tripped around 25+ times. We ate shrooms in the beginning of the comedown (7 hours in ish). When the shrooms started kicking around we shared a bong of Dymethyltriptamine, as well as two bongs of Harmine (a harma alkaloid). A few minutes after smoking it I hear a F@#ing intense sound. it was like this thundering vibration coursing up my body. Every time i moved it would intensify. It was as if my whole body was a thin sheet of metal, and someone was flapping it to make that kind of wobbly metal singing. It would increase, then drop off, then increase, like an ocean tide. Tooooo intense for me, i had to just lie on the ground until it faded away. At first i thought it was the shrooms, or the harmine (because i didnt, and still dont, know much about harmine), but the next day we did weed edibles and smoked DMT (and weed of course) and it hit me still. A week and a bit after, I smoked some pot, and an hour in the ringing came back. It had nowhere near the intensity of the first ringing, because i wasn't on a staunch psychedelics cocktail, but it was still prominant. And now it won't go away. It's at a constant low level. Sometimes i dont hear it until i actively listen for it and draw my attention to it, sometimes im not sure if my mind is tricking me with it, and sometimes its just there (it's been going nonstop throughout my read through of this forum and my writing of this post. I don't know whether it is the drugs, though, as I have noise cancelling headphones and often listen to music at a very loud volume.
Probably going to have to suck it up and go see a doc.

Yes, you have a sinus infection because of your nasal sinus walls that absorbed the dust from smoking. You need one or two thing(s): antibiotic medicine and an antibiotic gel in your nasal. Unfortunately, it is a serious infection because you could get staph in your blood from your nasal's vessel - the infection that makes your body weak. Your body is starting to loose its defense against staph which is obvious from using too much marijuana. I also recommend you to use a sea salt water sprayer to clean out the sinus walls soon as possible.

If you insist smoking the marijuana, you should use the salt water spray later after smoking just to be safe. But, you really cannot use the pot too much. You also will shrink your testicles later on. Just don't panic about it so you just learn from now on.

Unmitigated bullshat...

I would recommend looking up symptoms of Tinnitus and seeing if it may be any other thing, like something to do with the brain or dehydration.
