If you are taking a blood thinner, you should not be using CBD (cannabidiol), as it increases the action of blood thinners by preventing their normal breakdown by the body via the enzyme CYP 450.
My hematologist said it can indeed effect ur INR. She said it does go both ways depending on the person also.
Did you get the on x valve ?
I would like to talk to you about it

Add this to your thoughts. I am on warfarin since last March. I started CBD shortly after. My INR dropped drastically, and I have had to quit the CBD drops, increase my warfarin, and after frequent finger stick blood tests, have finally reached my phsycian' s goal for my INR. If you test the CBD oils I think you'll find a lot of vit. K in those green concenrated liquids.
I'm on Eliquis and take CBD oil by Hempworx. Others suck. This is the best one out there. You can cool vape it too
Get on Eliquis way better
I would think possibly of they were ingesting plant matter them I could see that, but you can interested vitamins through smoke.
The doctors just put me on Eliquis and they said I'm going to be on it for the rest of my life. So because I'm a daily smoker, I usually smoke about every 2 to 3 hours when I'm awake, it has me nervous if I should or shouldn't be smoking. Curious if you noticed any negative side effects? Or has Drs said anything?
Just curious because I'm in a state where medical marijuana isn't legal only CBD oil and I'm afraid to talk to my doctor's about it.
Sad huh

As I understand greens, some thin the blood as do coumadin, warfarin. Some such as green cabbage thicken.
What happens with your blood when you smoke while taking coumadin?
Is it harmful to use marijuana while being on blood thinners (coumadin)?
