Masterbatinc cuts/red dots

OK was masterbating all good for weeks then red or sometimes white dots apeared but didnt do to much and sorta died out but whenever id do it continuesly they would apear its ussualy when im erect then if i masterbate and there there they occasionaly like idk become a little cuts like a broken scab or something. im not quiet sure how to explain it but ya wat should i do to get the cutts and dots to GO AWAY? oh and dots are located on underside of penus and worst cuts are like on the other side right below the head. (it amkes masterbating painfull and sometimes un-do-able... really annoying..
