Dooes masterbating in an early age cause one to ejaculate earlier than the average age (at about 11½ - even though it might vary)? Or doesn't masterbating hasten up puberty and therefore the ability for a boy to ejaculate?

I doubt that it does anything to change the normal development of your body. It's just a lot of fun and pleasure and a way to learn about what does it for you sexually whether male or female. :-D
it shouldnt really affect the devopment of your body. people start at different ages. im 13 and still not able to orgasim. just dont worry about it and be safe/have fun

Ok - then that is the right stage for your age. Some guys do develop faster then other, so some of your friends may be able to ejaculate and you can't yet. Both are normal though.
