I have a problem
I am 18 years old, and i mastrubated to often, and its been 4 years that my boobs are big.....
I dont know what to do, but If you know I am willing to do everything, because I loved swimming but not anymore, I am afraid that my best friends will make fun of me.
I cant even have sex with my girlfriend because i love her and I am afraid that she will leave.......

Masterbation does not cause your boobs to grow. (i only wish).
During puberty males may notice a change in their breasts. Tho a females breasts go thru a more intense physical change, a male can experience the same thing.
GYNECOMASTIA is the term used for excessive breast tissue. Excessive means more than 2cm, about 0.75 inches if firm tissue around the nipple. Just like in females, estrogen causes the male breast tissue to grow. During adolescence, males produce a lot of the male hormone, testosterone, however, some of the hormone is converted to estrogen.
In rare cases the breast tissue does not recede.
Minor surgery can be done to remove the problem thru an outpatient procedure.
If your best friends laugh at you, their not your best friends and if your girl friend leaves you she is obviously not the one for you.
Speak with your doctor about possibly having this taken care of.
