hi, i'm rather embarassed to ask this, but i'm 13 and i've never masturbated, i soemtimes have urges and i have to say i tried. But theres this piece of skin attaching my penis skin on the outside, and the penis on the inside, i think it has somehting to do with "circumcize" but does that mean i need to get an operation or someting? how do i break it? or should i not break it? do i have to ask my parents for an operation to masturbate? plz help me
You don't have to tell your parents you want to masterbate. Just mention to them that while you were in the shower, you noticed something odd while you were washing your penis. Suggest to them that maybe you should see your Doctor about it.

bbfeet9 has given you good advice.

The extra flap of skin that you find near the head of the penis may be a foreskin. Any male who has not been circumcized at birth is likely to have this flap of skin.

You do not need to have it removed unless it is a health problem, or if there are religious issues.

Again, next time you see a doctor, you should bring it up and ask. He can set your mind at ease, or recommend further action.

Good luck.

hey, young man, I agree with bbfeet9. When I was born, my mother didn't have me circumcised. I'm 47 yrs. old and when I was 44 or 45, 3 or 4 years ago. I decided to get circumcised. So, I got a consultation and got it done. I'm very happy to have made that decision. Being uncircumcised can cause hygiene problems. Cause the urine gets trap under the foreskin. If you haven't been by now, you should tell your parents and not be ashamed. It's very important to you. You'll be glad you did.

I believe that the posts prior to this are right, it probably very well is foreskin, and you don't need to have it removed to masturbate. It would prove well to be circumsized. due to hygenic reasons as mentioned above. It's all about preference too, but in regards to masterbation, you should be fine with foreskin, it doesn't limit you from doing so. Unless however it does cause health issues, then maybe you could get it looked into :-)
