Masturbating too much/Damaging myself?

I have a slight problem with masturbating. I know I do it way too much, and I acknowledge it, but I find myself doing it 3+ times a day.
I'm worried if somethings wrong on my penis too. I see that on the back of my penis, the skin in getting a little black-ish.. And just today, I noticed 5 little red bumps too.
