I just received a Doc Johnson 18 inch double ended dildo which is about 1 1/2 inches in dia. and 6 inches in circ. Using a lot of lube, I was only able to take 15 inches up my rectum without pain. So, I cut it off at 15 inches and fastened it to a "harness" which I made from wide leather belts. One belt simply goes securely around my waist.
